TDOC's Release Eligibility Date is different: it is a possible earliest parole-consideration point, not a VINELink release confirmation. Sentence Expiration Date is a computed endpoint and may still require review of another case or detainer. Keeping these labels separate prevents a future date from being reported as a completed Lake County release.
